Anyone ever have success ordering from the Mahindra On-Line Parts Catalog and e-Commerce Site ?

I went through the entire process, set up an account, selected parts from a fantastic parts schematic and part number/labeling system, set up the Credit Card Payment option, and ordered the part.
I got a confirmation email that provided the order number. See attached (redacted) screenshot of the On-Line Parts Ordering Website.

Checking the Order Status says the order is PROCESSING. My CC has not yet been charged. It has been over 1 month in this status.
The contact info on the website is for the local Dealer that I selected during my account set-up, which is where I bought my Tractor.

I was at my local dealer buying some filters and asked the Parts Guy what he knew about the on-line system.
He said many people have complained that their orders never ship. Still PROCESSING after 6-8 months.

Mahindra has an e-Commerce Website that works really well for selecting and ordering and paying for the parts.
Unfortunately, it appears that they dont have a parts and shipping department that can complete the sale.

If anyone has had success with their on-line parts sales, or can provide more information on why their site its not working, please share with the Forum Users on this thread.
Thanks

My dealer gets anything needed from Mahindra as well as numerous short line brands.
Supporting local dealer keeps his doors open.
Makes the economy stronger.

Thanks for the feedback.
I totally agree on supporting my local dealer. They have been really good with technical advice, service, warranty work., and in-stock parts.
Unfortunately, its a long drive, and I was trying to use the Mahindra parts catalog to save some time. (the prices seem to be the same).
I find it interesting that after 200 visitors to this thread post, nobody has claimed a successful sale.
I think we can conclude that the Mahindra e-commerce site is not yet functional.

Before I had the farm, I used a dealer 100+ miles away (original dealer closed) for parts.
I had filters etc shipped to me & still keep air, fuel & oil filters on shelf. Replace after servicing.
Try getting NewIdea or Ford parts, Mahindra is much easier.

It is functional, we ship parts out daily from the use of the Mahindra e-commerce site.

my local dealer was a joke and he is not so local 60 miles away. after screwing around for a month plus i called bills in texas is it and bingo - sent out and got the part in a few days maybe a couple of days and it was cheaper than the dealer.

I actually had success. Not completely thru the site. I created an order for $1800 in parts, entered payment info, and received order confirmation. At the very beginning I had to select the dealer nearest me. Later that day said dealer contacted me about my order. My parts were shipped to that dealer and I was able to pick them up. I saved the shipping cost that was applied to the original order. But I had to travel 80 miles to pick up. Overall it went well. The best part about the site is definitely the awesome parts diagrams and getting all of the oem part numbers, even if you ultimately o to a dealer to place your order.

That is good to know. Lets you order what you need and gives your local guy the business. Win-Win.
