Myth busters proved that poppie seeds will give you a false positive on a drug test as well. He did have to eat a butt load of them though.

I could attest! I was an emt some 20 yrs ago, the company I was at had a policy to drug test after a vehicle accident. I hit somebody's sideview mirror while backing up, so I'm brought back in to pee in the cup. Whoops, I pee hot for opiates. For a few days prior to that, I was eating a poppyseed cake (a popular desert in my culture). So, after explaining all that, they sent me in to get a blood sample drawn, which cleared my name!

Jan 1st, pot becomes legal in my state. I won't have to blame it on the milk!

There was an article on CBD oil in the nursing magazine my wife receives. Apparently nurses were testing positive for THC after treating their aches and pains with CBD oil.

Upon further investigation and testing, oils being advertised as being THC free on the labels actually had it in it.

Just an FYI for those folks that have to pass DOT or other drug tests for employment.

By law, it can contain UP TO .03% THC limit (the psychoactive part of MJ) and that's federal law. In what I've read in a (normal:laughing farming paper (Lancaster Farming) it's apparently very difficult to harvest it at it's peak CBD oil content without tripping over that THC limit, it seems that they both go "up" in content at a certain time. That paper is pro farmer and therefore pro hemp production. There are greenhouses selling "clone" plants to farmers that have proven results, but if a crop go's over that limit, it get's destroyed.
A friend of mine is a banjo picker & guitar player, his finger joints are suffering and of all things, his optometrist suggested trying CBD. He has a CDL (limousine driver) and drives lobbyists around Capitol Hill in DC. He took some for a few days and then paid a lab for his own pee test in concern of his job. It did not show.

I'd be afraid that it would get too mellow and not get any work done, instead just sit around eatting up all of your Oreos and Doritos.
