Believe this Saints fan got their game right LOL

SAINTS.png

Anyway you cut it, not to review the last play in overtime when it was close was kind of ridiculous. I'm not even a Saits fan and think that was a rip off at the end of the game. However, you heard Cousins, the NFL is a great product LMFAO.

DB from the Saints needs to retire as well as Brady. Should of brought Bridgewater (sp?) in on the second half IMO.

Take a look at the Eagles last string QB.

Guy flew back to NC every weekend to coach HS football for his sons team.

I don't like the New England patriots.

When you think of what BB has done as the head coach, it's pretty remarkable for what he has had to work with.

Grew up an Eagles fan in SE PA and now a Texans / Cowboys fan in East TX. I don't like the Patriots either. However, the number of head, offensive, and defensive coaches that learned under BB and who are now scattered throughout the league is just amazing.

Look at Mike Holgram (sp?) and the Green Bay packers.

Now that the eagles got knocked out, I'm hoping Kansas City goes all the way due in part to Andy Reid. Personally, I thought Reid was let go prematurly by the Eagles because philly fans really can be buttholes LOL.

As a kid, there was just something about cheering for Bill Bergy at the Vet with my uncles and cousins and seeing ALL the fans just pissed off at the Birds that overrides my logical feeling about watching sports.

I actually respected the heck out of Tom Landry and liked the cowboys as a divison rival, but after Jerry Jones came in an ran a clown show, lost all respect for the cowboys (for some reason the Redskins and Giants always got under my skin more than the cowboys LOL). Not that it matters to boot, but the way the head coach of the Texans left his college team to go to th NFL to the Texans, I'll never cheer for a team he will ever coach, even if it were to become the Eagles.

All that said, for the most part, sports does not control my life nor do I really care to contribute to a multi million dollar salary to a guy who plays a sport for my entertainment. There really are more important things in life than watching guys follow a ball.

I go online to some sports forums, and even online, it's (college sports) is a HUGE business. Dawned on me that sports is ONLY a money maker for most people who push the product.

The money is what women's and soccer is trying to tap into to get MORE $. It's all about bucks at the end of the day for anyone promoting anything.

Ain't that the truth - that pretty much ended me watching the NFL anymore.

The NFL has no shortage of things that cause them to shed fans very year. Mike Vick, Aaron Hernandez, Kapernick, Ray Lewis, Ben Rothlesburger .... the list is long. .... .. it's the culture that the league turns a blind eye and by doing so ,condones just to fill seats. I believe that if 2/3 of the players were not god given athletic freaks... they would be making small rocks out of big rocks wearing a striped uniform somewhere

And just so you don't think I'm some kind of Brady fanatic..I'm not. But he is certainly among the best ambassadors for the game and league, as is someone like Derek Jeeter for the Yankees and the MLB, Wayne Gretzky for the NHL, and Michael Jordan for the NBA. They are the best of the best on and off the field.

"best of the best" is a very subjective term IMO. I'd go with wives and daughters who are well publicized and having good marketing people to make sure they don't get bad press.

People forget that no matter how much fame or how much money, we all crap the same color and we're all going to die someday and be 6' under.

IMO other than the acts of a very few the NFL pales in comparison to the NBA (what a joke)...

As for losing fans...the (lousy) officiating has a lot to due with it...especially with football and baseball...

I'm sure he has favorite charities...(part of the big money game) but I don't see him doing things like Warrick Dunn or J.J. Watt have done and are doing...

BTW...Derek Jeter is no saint...people in Tampa have know what an *** he is in real life for a long time...!
