Spanky72, would you mind posting a link to your source for the monitor and cameras?

Agricultural Back-Up Cameras & Rear View Camera Kits
I called them and they knew exactly what I needed. Amazon is cheaper but I couldn't find a weather proof monitor there. These folks had it all. I didn't mind paying a few dollars more for getting exactly what I needed the first try. Good Customer service is worth something.

Thanks, Spanky72! Ha, when you said you called "camera source", I thought you just meant you knew a guy. Didn't realize it's the name of the company. Looks like a very good source for quality equipment. This would be for a buddy with a new cab tractor, so weatherproofing for the monitor is not as important. But I know he will want a good camera.

My setup on my cab tractor is one I installed 5 years ago for about $50 just for kicks, to see how useful it would be. It was inspired by 94BULLITT's epic thread https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/customization/316927-backup-camera-50-a.html Not nearly the quality and resolution of what you have.

I installed a cheap unit and so far am very pleased with it. Like PILOON, I use magnets so I can move the camera around. Makes SSQA hook ups easier, as well as using pallet forks and the tree/post puller. the monitor is in the cab so being weather proof was not necessary. Best $74 I spent.

Thinking about adding a rear camera as well.

I bought this camera from Amazon. I am still in the process of hooking it up. I have mounted the front camera into the grill and welded a piece of mesh over it. I plan to mount the rear facing camera inside the rear window. The monitor will mounted on the tractor's dash. I am using this because it is hard to see the quick attach points and I think it will help when using the forks.

I purchased a backup/rear view camera kit from Amazon and installed it in my Kubota. It came with two cameras a monitor and a lot of cable. At the present I'm only using one camera. Easy install. Saves a lot of neck craning. Less than $100. Definitely recommend buying one.

Having done this 3-4 yrs back I have to agree. Saves my neck a whole lot.
Must agree however that when in close quarters I still look back just to be sure.

Which one did you get? Link? How is the resolution?
