Just had it delivered

Waiting for several weeks till a trucker could deliver it but now it's here.
I ran it for about an hour and this thing is powerful.

The reach is amazing dig depth more than I need, all around it is a smooth machine.

Been looking for about six months tossing between a backhoe and a mini ex and the mini ex won out. I was too afraid of buying through an auction because the prices were just as high as dealer pricing and at least with a dealer, you can have him go through it. The Takeuchi dealer I got this from changed all the fluids, including drive motors, all filters, etc.

Boy oh boy does this free me up to do the projects I have stacked up around the farm.

Very nice you will love it, I've read a lot of good things about the Takeuchi machines. I bought a Volvo ec60e little over 2years ago and have already put 1100hrs on it around my farm and a few jobs for others. Bought mine from Alta equipment in traverse city Michigan, did you buy that machine from Alta? Think that's what I could read on the sticker on your boom? Surprised me cause I see your in California, any way enjoy and let us know how you like

Yep I had projects piling up on me.

Most are too small to rent equipment around here by the time you get it delivered you nearly $1,000. Last time the wife and I dug a water line by hand. Itwasn't long not worth renting equipment but it almost killed us in the heat. That day I said never again.

I needed something on site that I can get in start up work it for an hour or all day and not be ties to rental companies availability.

It was fought pulling the trigger on this but I see all these projects getting knocked down with will free up "head space" in by brain thinking of these unfinished projects.

With any luck I'll use it till I'm done and take a small hit when I sell it which will end up cheaper that all the rental use.

Any of you use window tint on these to cut the heat

I don’t see why you couldn’t tint the windows would help I’d think. Does the AC work decently? What year and how many hours on?

Sweet ! Going to have to change your handle to Takeuchi- skinner ! A friend of mine came out of a Volvo to a Takeuchi after much research. He beats the tar out of it with a muncher head and loves it !

Congrats, I have one and love it, its a very strong machine. She does have a bit of a behind on her so you need to mind that, or buy some touch up paint....
