It is quite surprising to me that a web forum such as WW isn't in better shape. I don't know the business but seems worth the trouble. I hope you can get to the bottom of this and do something if it makes sense.

Yeah it's worth the trouble but the longer it stays in this state the less it's worth. Once you get de-indexed by Google you're looking at a long climb back to being worth the trouble.

Ok, obviously not serious. But what would be your own goal? Maybe to get a bare bones site started as phase 1 to pull users, and immediately start on a phase 2 that has more depth? Just curious about the best approach.

I say go for it! This is not the first time we've had to mess with WW. Yes, it's a shame to lose all of the historical data but enough is enough.

We could get something set up next week. The biggest issue is I'm not a welding expert myself so perhaps a brain trust of guys who know the best way to set things up would be good so we get the sections organized nicely from the start.

I'd say 5-7 sections at first and then expand from there. Also I noticed some comments about the color scheme IIRC WW was grey and black, right?
