   / New Branson 2515 #52
I just saw the local dealer I bought my 3015H from posted an add that they have a new 2515 in stock.

My Guess is Not For Long:laughing:

That model Dominates it's Class Spec wise.

I Really think this model will sell like Hot cakes.

Lets relist some Specs

All the capacities of the 15 series.

Including an FEL that puts all other 25 hp CUT's to shame. total height and lift to full height at the pin.

2200lbs tofull height of 104 inches breakout force 3660 lb.

larger displacement 25 hp engine with max power at ~`2200rpm

Edit looks like something changed since this thread started the original sheet showed a 4 cylinder running at 2200 rpm now 2600 with a 3 cylinder???

Virtually no emission system

Well 25 hp used to be quite the tractor;

Farmall H was called a 2 bottom plow tractor,
Drawbar (claimed): 19 hp [14.2 kW]
Belt (claimed): 24 hp [17.9 kW]
Drawbar (tested): 24.17 hp [18.0 kW]
Belt (tested): 26.20 hp [19.5 kW

They finally added it to the website. Cool.

On the other hand, that site is a mess. Wrong specs all over the place. The Global website is slightly better but still lacks lots of updates.

I know part of the lower cost on Branson tractors comes from little to no advertisements but a good proper website is a must in the current times.

And would cost them next to nothing to improve. I really don't understand cost cutting in advertising and marketing. People are always looking for a reason to buy your product, not a reason not to buy it.

That kind of penny ante, shoddy marketing is mystifying.

I agree. Branson could help their sales quite a bit just by providing a little more accurate specs and keeping their website up to date. This was one of my concerns when I bought mine. I only settled on the brand after seeing them in person. Some do not understand what they can see, only what they read.

I too wish they would update their website. Just correcting the errors and revamping the models displayed to only showing the currently produced ones would help. But taking a que from other competitors and setting up a "build your own" section and a comparison section would be great. C'mon Branson, bring your website up to the early 2000's... I mean you'd only be 20 years behind then.

I just looked at the sheet posted at the first page, it said the engine was the 1.7 liter but 2200 rpm was where it made 25 hp. Don't recall seeing the 4 cylinder a2000 for the 25 horse. The a2000 is in 37 horsepower bransons so that would be majorly detuned.

Yeah -sorry bout that, posted and had to leave to get supplies. and didn't remember to edit that.

I do believe you are right, although it is interesting that they raised the RPM's by 400.

Still a Class leader, I think.
