Just saw a report on Fox that Florida can not get masks because foreign buyers are bringing cash to 3M distributors and buying them up.

Something wrong with that.....

Just heard on the news that the Federal Government will transport masks to New York to private sellers!
Can that be true??

This talks about it as a possibility. Since he was an ophthalmologist and this method of transfer sounds reasonable in a medical sense I can see him holding that view. I expect we will learn there are many ways it can spread.
