Sole Branson dealer in Australia gone bust

Just heard from another member that Midway Sales Australia (the sole importer of Branson) has gone bust. Midways web site says 'closed for business' and gives a number for service contact...no other info provided by them...where do we stand now with Branson warranty, spare parts etc?

Update, they seem to have rebirthed as Brismac https://brismac.com.au/

Probably going to see a LOT more dealers for SCUT/CUT tractors "go under" here in the USA, and not just Branson either.
I think it likely Rural King may decide, that tractor sales have become a high inventory cost, low profit item, that is now a bad idea.
Hope not!
In times of financial stress though, businesses often do pull back to their core business philosophy.

Sadly not good news...the new place (which is registered in the name of the last place's wife) is only selling parts for Branson and don't want to do any warranty + Branson Korea has so far not answered my questions about who in Australia will take over the factory warranty....so far I am not impressed with either Branson or their former agent in Australia.

Interesting that they still sell Dongfeng tractors, and dropped Branson. I wonder why?

Hopefully you will never need warranty work. If you do, hopefully Branson will help you find a solution. Maybe another Dealer will step up and take on the Branson line.

If Branson Korea care about their brand then they need to appoint a new warranty agent in Australia...If I get a response from them I will post here...one way or another.

You might try contacting a TYM Dealer in Australia. That's the corporation that swallowed up Branson.

Thanks, if Branson don't reply I will try that and post results here...will be the end of the reputation of both if they wipe their hands of their customers.
