Paul i truly hope you aren’t referring to my advice as Bull-s... I gave an honest, no biased report of my experience. I bet you like your coffee hot and i like my coffee iced.. You like may like Chevy and I may like Ford.. Whatever. I agree, that OP should buy the best machine for him. And part of finding that is to not eliminate a tractor simply based on the preference of others but to go actually operate them.
To be honest neither side by side or treadle pedal is ideal for as much reversing as i do. When you spend nearly all of your time clearing woods, a hydraulic shuttle would be the best. I spend as much time going backwards as i do forward most days and I’d love to be able to flip a lever and just go in reverse. But going forward and doing detailed loader work i wouldnt give up an HST. And having owed both I still prefer the treadle.
Kioti makes a fine machine as i mentioned before. If I could get an HST+ transmission on an NX6010 Id own one because it would have been significantly cheaper than probably weighed more, and had more loader lift capacity. But i would personally still want the. Grand L treadle over the side by side peddles.
