I concur, how long and wide will it cut? How much longer is the boss on furlough and has she been instructed on the dangers of dropping wood on her toes? I've heard of people doing that before, just cant remember where.............

You must be glad your not in the 60s and 70s, I ran a mid 70s McCulloch chainsaw back then for 15 minutes, it was practically brand new but my hands was tingling for 5 minutes afterwords, the guy wanted to sell it to me but I already had my first new Husqvarna, L65, so I said nah.I wouldn稚 say I知 not a fan my hands aren稚 a fan they don稚 like vibrations, the last one I ran was a 441 with a cannon 32 on it and the springs made it look like a wet noodle. What are your hands worth at the end of the day I致e ran Dolmar, Echo, Husky, and Stihl for my application I致e always liked husky saws one for the price. Two for the filtration I don稚 have to go buy more stuff to keep from toasting a new saw and three the vibration damping is huge for me at the end of the day no one wants a shook beer or a spilled beer.
It will cut anything you want off a 4x8 sheet, Length wise it would cut 100 feet long I guess if you had feed and takeoff room. I think it will actually cut 52 inches up and down.. I'll have to look.
I don't have her cut anything that big, and I keep a pretty close eye on her, so she doesn't end up like me!!
Right now May 1st is her return to work date.
And this is the only time I get to be boss!!! :cool2:

I think anti-vibe has come along way since then on all saws, maybe Husqvarna is the leader on that, either way it is very important and another reason why I like mechanical wood harvesting, I'm a big fan of make the machine do the work.
I put the tape across the screen and from where I sit didn't look like two cord to me on that trailer, as in 20' x 4' x 4', was there med-western measuring going on...............The other day, I cut this load of firewood,

And, that's a really nice size when you have a 4-way wedge, not too heavy, and two times through, and the box starts filling fast!
Anyway, there was five boxes total, so 2-1/2 cords on that trailer,

Now it's time to cut another load!
SR
Not much time left. Better make the most of it.
