Here's the screen shot of Kioti's website from May 7th. Exactly what is off?
The second screen shot has the dates. I have no idea how to get the date to show of my screen shots.I don't see anything there that states effective dates, or even the date of the capture.
Here is a screen shot of my photo gallery. Now the date can be seen. I get some people don't agree that a company should stand by what they advertise and I get that they have every legal loophole to get out of having to honor anything they say. All I'm saying is I think it's pretty ****** when companies do that. It's not like this was a day after the end of the month. This was a week later.I don't see anything there that states effective dates, or even the date of the capture.
Kioti plainly reserves the right to change their financing terms without notice. Black and white. They did. You lose. Like I posted above, if you wanted May rates, you should have signed in May. You thought the rate was good for June, it was not. Game over.
You see my 2 screen shots there? The first showing a rate of 4.3% and the second showing an end date of June 30th. My question to you is if you saw that with those dates and its the beginning of May, what rate would you expect to get?
