Ah nvm, found them in the left nav menu at that page. Thanks!
It looks like a Japanese tractor sabana ? possibly.
I'm trying to fix a tractor, left behind by my father in law that passed away recently, so my MIL can go back to using it to tend to their property. I was told that it stopped starting with the key one day so FIL was bump starting it with the solenoid I think, and eventually the starter went out and he possibly replaced it but determined the replacement was the wrong type. I found a fairly clean looking starter in it, not tightened down and not wired up, and I took that to Autozone and they confirmed it's good. However, I have no idea if it's the right starter because I have no idea what year or model this tractor is. MIL has been trying to find all the paperwork and title but no luck yet. She desperately needs this tractor and its brush hog up and running soon.
After looking it over all I've been able to conclude is that it has a starter half-installed(only one bolt tightened, not wired up) and when I took that starter to Autozone it tested fine. I have no idea if it's the right starter because I have no idea what model this tractor is. Once I figure all that out and can get a starter for it, or if this starter is correct and works, I then need to figure out why it won't start with the key which I assume is probably caused by an open or bad killswitch somewhere.

Any ideas on year/model, and any tips on sorting out the no-start issue?
"paperwork and title but no luck yet"???
USA owned tractors do not have titles.
Canadian owned tractors do.
Your profile does not show any location.
Tractor Number: G040849
Unit: 3A08D
There is a 2004 on TractorHouse with a serial number that is close to yours, so I am guessing it is a 2004

When you figure out what all those levers do and you get them all in the proper position the tractor might well start like it is supposed to.
Watched that video and a few other recommended videos and determined the following...
The black toggle switch with green light on the left side of the dash is cruise control.
REMOTE lever is for controlling the rear remote hydraulic, which isn't in use.
The MID PTO and REAR PTO levers are for power take off engage/disengage. Engage and Disengage the Rear PTO Switch and see it that solves the problem.
The FWD lever is for 2wd and 4wd. It is currently in 4wd
The 3PT lever is hitch raise/lower.
The RANGE lever is the hydrostatic gear range. 1, 2, 3 and two neutrals.
Left pedal is clutch.
Right pedal is split brake.
Right rocker pedal is forward/reverse.
The bigger of the two PTO lights, the one that comes on when I try to start with key, I believe is the rear PTO so that should narrow the no-start with key issue down to a single killswitch. I'm pretty sure there is a video about troubleshooting this issue that I watched a few weeks ago that explained which killswitch it is under that left fender.
The fluid leak on the left side under the starter is a hydrostatic line that runs up to the hydrostatic cooler on front of the radiator. Didn't really pay attention to color/condition of the fluid earlier, so I have no idea if it needs flushed/refilled.
The hydraulic leak on one of the front boom hoses looked a bit milky, so the hydraulic system will need to be flushed/refilled after making all the needed hose/connector repairs. Take the hose off and to an auto parts store - They can make a new one for you.
Fortunately a friend of a friend is a tractor guy and said he'd tag along with me when I go out to my MIL's again next weekend to help me figure out what all it needs, get the right parts ordered, and help me get it going again.
