Good morning, 64 going up to 80.
Doe keeps coming back, when it decided to snack on some flowers the wife started chasing :)
Got my log splitter set up and split some 30" rounds, was using an 8lb maul, but these rounds were just too big and didn;t want to spend months noodling to get them manageable.

Went out the other day to Peddlers village, was nice to see it partially open. Got a beer and sat at an outside table. Lot's of outside tables now.

Mowed 2 more small fields. Busy weekend. Got gas, Diesel and propane, so ready for some more work and grilling.

keep finding lots of these little guys. One here out front and another slightly bigger sunning on the wood stack, that one went under the tarp so no pic.

Drew - glad to see you posting so often and making progress. Hope the call goes well today.

David sorry to hear about your filter not holding oil anymore :-(

Thanks all for the pics, great way to start the week.

Do you remember when the Buttonwood Inn was at Peddler's Village? Man, we had a lot of good times there throwing darts. Beautiful Bucks County... No place like it. :drink:

Now you gonna make me cancel the order.

My wife got home before tonight’s protests. They are planning to protest at sheriffs office. I am sick of it. This is being driven by anarchists. It’s no longer about justice, don’t think it ever was.
She liked the ceiling job. It looks great with the lights off.

She brought home more tomato plants. Need to make a space for them.

Come on Man .. I need the money!

They also said they are ok with my driving short trips. All sounds good.

Good news, Drew!!
After my stroke, I had to take a state driver's test to prove I was a safe driver. Considering how quickly you're leaving the hospital and rehab, I'd guess your stroke wasn't as bad as mine...which is GREAT!!!

I don’t have a Genie, but something homemade and similar that a friend made. Works great. If it ever brought I’d get a Genie.

I got a call today from the service manager at the MF dealer where I bought the tractor. He asked me how many hours it had, I said about 45. He said great, I’ll have your salesman pick it up next week when it suits, and do the 50 hour service. I said uh what’s all this gonna cost, you know I have a trailer. He said just pay for the oil and filters.
Then I told him a hydraulic coupler had slow drip, he said that’s a warranty repair, and we will also level your bucket. I said thank you sir!

Snowing in Montana, you have to love it. Welcome MF Red

4 hours of serious drama here, not going into details, but they tried to remove my catheter and it was stuck. Rapid response team called, and finally lead urology doc came in with is bag of tricks, and stuck a small needle right through the side of my little friend, which deflated the malfunctioning catheter. This was after nurses yanked and yanked on something that just wasn't happening and oh my am I sore. All's well that ends well.

Roy you know I don't know if there are reporting requirements here for strokes. Mine hit a small part of my brain that controls bladder control. That part is dead, but they say brain is marvelous thing and can reroute signals by different paths. My signals though for sure aren't controlled and that will be my future challenge.
Could also be comment made to me not by authorized person too. When I finally get discharged expect to see instruction list size of phone book.
Bilateral infarct of some type, meaning small area starved for blood, ? and died. Thank goodness I have most of my motor functioning and all my marbles.
And I walked a quarter mile by myself today, and hope to every day to build up strength. As long as they knock out my cancer, which we all know is a big unknown, I have a good prognosis. And great memories of three fun Masseys. I got to live my dream, as I always called it a champagne life on a beer budget.

And if now I have to make do in a 415sf apt, I will with a smile on my face. Good night all.

79F @ 20:40, and mostly clear. 71F and 16% humidity up in the shop ...

Was short some F-channel for shelf doors so ran over to Home Depot this afternoon and picked that up, along with a tube of epoxy for the floor anchors for the vise.

Cleaned and replaced the four covers for two 8' fluorescent light fixtures, cleaned off the back work bench on the west wall and its lower shelves as well. Got about 1/2 the junk on the shelves on north wall cleared so that F-channel can be put down.

Was in the process of cleaning the filter in the shop vac and came down to the house for a little break and a quick tuna salad sandwich.

Dog are barking so I don't know how much longer I'll go before throwing in the towel for the day ...

4 hours of serious drama here, . . .

OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, Drew, I think you just gave me enough incentive to stay plant based another 8 years.
(And to think needles and balloons used to be fun.)

Rick, blowout wands look interesting, wonder how they would do in A/C tower? Does not pay to get on supervisor bad side :(
Mike Had a golf cart in the back yard yesterday, tried to tell me he thought the fence was the property line. People are such dumb liars at times

nice sunny day here in Greenville NC headed up in to upper 80's
Ron, that garden is stunning, looks like a professional garden, nice job.

waiting on breakfast and then PT. Got cleaned up, shaved, ready for day
Not confident about outcome of conference, they told me this Friday last week, but who knows, I'm pushing hard for independence.
Free Drewski! Two facilities are all of .8 miles apart, hope they don't say that occasional blood draws are sticking point. Both places draw blood.
By Wednesday I'll have been here a month.

Ron, that flower mix is what I tried to grow on my farm in places. It may be growing too and I'm just not there to see it, but yours looks simply perfect.
Butterfly heaven.

Drew, Drew...sorry for the ouchy stuff, but glad to see you're posting regularly. One day at a time. You have more life to give.

I wonder if you didn't have good insurance, if they'd have let you go home?

Drew two of my wife's favorite activities, drinking coffee and disrupting fire ants.

Tell your wifey me too! Sometimes, I just stop the riding mower deck over the fireant mound and try to kill 90% of the ants.

Good morning everyone,

8am, 30F now, and snowing with the ground turning white, high about 48F today.

Let the dog outside and he was very happy to see it snowing this morning.

Mrs. plans for us to go to Walmart today, 101 miles one way, for curbside delivery of our groceries.

KC

Welcome, Man, you live halfway to Alaska. Snowing? Oh my. Bring me a truckload on your way to walmart.

Sounds like you have a very good dealer Randy!

Just a scosche on the light side. Vegan diet? :)

So many nice pictures. Flowers are beautiful Ron. Leaping lizards, lonely flails, Giant bicycles, snakes....We get it all around this global digital coffee table.

Nice rides PJS. Same for me, I've lost my cycling legs. Mostly must've tookem. :)

This police/defunding crap has me mad. If people want lawlessness, go to Somalia and stay for a few years. Tell us how it worked out for you.

I find myself avoiding the majority of the news right now. Just the facts mam/sir. Nothing about all the shootings/murders in Chicago in the news unless you dig.

Buckeye, I'm very sorry for your father-in-law's passing...
