Anyone else seen 'Greyhound' ?

I'm not a fan of Tom Hanks but I thought the movie was OK...it seems they are trying to be more realistic ( and historically factual even with fictional characters) in the writing of WW II movies these days...unlike so many older war movies that were mostly BS...

I and the wife are not fans of sci-fy,, but,, we did watch "The Shape Of Water",,

We both really liked it,, it is sci-fy,, but, not in the traditional sense,,

The movie box officed almost $200 million,, versus a budget of $20 million,,

Shape of Water looked more like a creature feature to me and a remake but more gory............ YouTube Usually wives prefer a tamer sci-fi movie like Passengers.

That, Battle of Britain and Apocalypse Now.. All on VHS.

I understand Kirt Russel is not everyone's cup of tea but I ran across the Stargate movie and watched it again last night. I guess it was the movie that introduced the Stargate series. It was more meaningful this time having since read The 12th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin based on his work of reading clay tablets from Iran about their take of the early history of the Earth.
