The down pressure on the loader seems to work fine but after using the tractor for a bit the the curl will loose its force and create a floppy bucket.
Raise the loader and curl the bucket and it tightens up again for the next go round. Seems there is leak some where but no oil drops anywhere.

This is on JD2720 ofcourse with cx200 loader

Any thoughts?

Maybe.
An internal leak in the curl cylinder(s) at the gland seals located on inner end of rod?

Fluid is moving from the push side to the pull side without leaking out the cylinder.

Then a leak inside the valve (joystick) that controls the curl allowing pressure to bleed off the circuit may be a better guess after thinking about it.

Wouldnt I see oil leaking some where?

No, it’s bypassing internally

Here is a good example, this and 4 others with the same issue was diagnosed as a bad control valve, when the new control valve was installed the previous two mechanics gave up. It took me minutes to diagnose and and all 5 cylinders had completely rotten seals.
These were stabilizers on a mobile stairway truck at a local airstrip, the complaint was they were holding a load extended out under pressure but would settle down after they were retracted.

Thank you wdchyd
Please bear with me as I go through the learning phase. Where do I order the repair kits for the cx200 loader. Google is not helping me :(

Your local JD dealer would be the best place to start.

Mine does the same intermittently and I have all brand new cylinders. Been told it is likely in the regenerative circuit of the SCV whatever that is. Hasn't done it in a while but I was told to try cycling the curl back and forth a few times and that seems to fix the problem.

Yes, that is exactly what my experience has been.
