I take old stumps out with my bucket all the time!

In some fairness, I'd take stumps out all day long too if they were in sand, it's the massive roots of red oaks and maples that go deep in clay and wrap around large rocks and shale that give us headaches!! I'm sure the guys in the Pacific Northwest have plenty of issues with massive stumps.

If he doesnt he sounds like he needs one, I just thought the video was by someone who bought a grapple from EA and decided to pound the crap out his tractor and I thought I was hard on a tractor, nice to see someone beat me. I'll yank like a Yankee on the rear wheels but not on the fronts, it's a good thing that front end has a open differential.

I recognized the driver from his everything attachments YouTube videos on box blades. I was in the market until I found a really nice used one.

Well I completely disagree, sorry. I have both and they both have their place, bucket too!
So, you have a set of pallet forks with a matching grapple??

Could you post a picture of them please??

One of my main uses for a grapple is raking brush off grass. It has to be cut up pretty fine to load on trucks. I can do a lot cleaner raking job with a grapple vs pallet forks. I used to have a set of grapple forks and I didn’t like their performance moving pallets either. IMG_8792.JPG

Well since I guess you don't believe me here is some photographic evidence, not sure about the matching part... I guess they are both black, does that count?

Oh man, what I could do with a dozer!!:D:laughing:

Yes then you can push dirt back&forth from point A to point B, excavator with blade or tractor with back-hoe can do much more.

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. I built a 500 yard road last year and we had a dump truck my 310 backhoe and a 750 dozer on the job. The 750 could push a surprising amount of dirt. Past maybe 200 yards I could load it and haul it faster but he could push dirt 100 yards faster than I could haul it. The road was mostly cleared when we started but he could do a better job clearing trees than I was given a dozen credit for. I’m sure an equal weight excavator would be better but the dozer could do better than my 310 could at removing trees. A tractor/backhoe combo is a far cry from a 310 and the 310 couldn’t match the dozer. Not that surprising since the 750 weighs twice as much as the 310.IMG_8936.JPGIMG_8937.JPG
