Hi All,
I'm trying to reach Brian Faulkner at Kioti to get him to respond to a dealer (Powersports in Conway NH) to help fix a 3 pt hitch problem that has been unable to be solved.

The dealer says Brian has not been responding to help fix this issue nor is there ANYONE else to call at Kioti

If you know anyone at Kioti that can help resolve an issue that is now over 6 weeks old (the dealer has had my tractor for over 6 weeks now !) I would greatly appreciate.

I agree, call Kioti direct.
Kioti Corporate is undergoing a major expansion right now, and staff is being assigned to handle more work, and reassigned new phone numbers. Throw in the pandemic and you get typical chaos. Your dealer should be aware of this situation.

Ask them to call you and your dealer regarding your issue.

Hi Guys,
I have called Kioti and they were emphatic in saying it is up to the dealer to drive the issue with Kioti. The person on the phone at Kioti would not take *any* details from me, didn't want to know who the dealer was, nothing. He simply said I understand your frustration and the dealer needs to work on it.

My dealer (owner and the svc mgr) just told me they will wait to hear from Brian and there's nothing they can do except wait. That to me is unacceptable.

I'm looking for names and contact info.

Next check in is at 2 pm today (3 x a day now). 6 1/2 weeks in to this problem and no resolve in sight.

Called Kioti Corp HQ again. This time they took Dealer name and said they would contact Product Support. And once again was telling me it is totally up to the dealer to handle it. And the dealer (Powersports Conway NH) says that Kioti is not responding. Full circle jerk. I'll be back at dealer at 2 PM today. Yipppeee :)

Ok. Sounds like it's not Kioti Corporate that's your problem, it's your dealer. Have your dealer be responsible for his lack of actions and poor motivation to complete repairs.

Better yet, find another Kioti Dealer that has a reputable service group. After three years ownership of my Kioti, I have only needed service once. But I drove 200 miles with my tractor to a Kioti dealer with a qualified mechanic. I passed two Kioti dealers that were closer, and were more like sales staff only.

I like the Kioti tractors and reliability, but their dealer network needs a major upgrade in regard to service.

Hi, thank you and yes, this is more of a dealer issue than Kioti HQ issue, but then again I give it a 60/40 split... 60 on dealer. I will give it a few more hours to see what they say next.... Dealer said they would call me at 2:15 today .... 2:30 and no call yet. Same as 2 days ago, said they would call me at 3:30, I specifically asked and restated 3 times before I walked out door: "I'll wait for you to call me at 3:30" did not happen, I called them at 4:30 that day and got the "oh you were on my list to call".... haha. What world do you live in where you get away with that? Just blows me away.

One the guys in here had good experience with a dealer in Mass. I'll assess how to get my tractor back home and then figure out where to take it next if I don't hear something positive today. Headed down there again in a few minutes :).

July 31, 2020 3:23 PM.... back at dealer Powersports Conway NH , said they would call me at 2:15, they didn't so I went up there again. They claim NO ONE from Kioti has called them. Now they say they have escalated to a guy named Joel Hicks, who also is not responding. I called Kioti HQ while in the dealer office and they said that they did call the dealer yesterday, and the dealer said they are lying. Isn't this awesome? Dealer says he has 13 hours in to this issue, and acknowledged that it now has extra problem that it did not have when I brought it in (3 point arms do not go up and down at all now - they did when it arrived there).... so Dealer, Powersports Conway NH is calling Kioti HQ liars, and Kioti HQ says I can "keep calling them every 15 minutes if I would like but it won't help none".
