Arly a couple questions , on your Big Boss am I correct to say the rear axle is just for support and does not power the Boss ?

Also how long does it take you to convert it to the snow track system ?

Without any grief, should take me less than an hour to go pods to wheels. Putting pods on is harder to do, than taking them off. All the wheels drive when in 6x6 mode but when in 4x4 its just the rears. Thats an overly complicated answer. The rear axles drive, all the time.

Gee, I thought I'd posted a thread of photos while changing out the pods to wheels out this spring. I just looked and didn't find it. :mad: I'll do a thread on pod change out if people would care to see that.

If we could afford the $$$, this is the machine we'd replace our boss with. Its a 1000cc can-am Outlander with much more HP.

For doing work, we'd not get a normal atv ever. I'm kind of surprised more of these aren't sold and used for working types like us. Go figure!
