Went to check on my ATT Mobley bill
Tried to login to my account
Now they have to send a code to my Mobley
Finally figured out how to see SMS msg sent there.
Have had about 1 a month from ATT with notices when I paid my bill, last one was last month on 7/21.

Tried at least 5 times to have mesg. sent. None arrived.
Tried to send a test mesg from my phone to the Mobley - didn't arrive, tried again, nothing.
Have spent over 2 hours on the phone, 98% on hold, can't get through to a person that knows anything.
All the online support wants me to login, I try to login and they need to send a code to my Mobley, which never gets through.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get through?

It was my understanding that only AT&T could send a message to the device.

You have to log into the device through the wifi manager. Your phone or computer will have to be connected in some way.

The ip should be 192.168.1.1
The default password is attadmin

Having the same verification code problem when logging in to "MyATT Account".

Get this:

Sending it to the Mobley phone number which doesn't work.

I also spent a lot of time talking to people that could not solve the problem.

This does seem nuts to me... Same exact email I got . Now no way to pay the bill.

No message about a code to the mobleys user interface either,, Even though they do send messages there.



Getting the feeling that ATT is going to make paying them as easy as it was to get the Mobley activated...

Something tells me that within a month, virtually all Mobley users will be contacting ATT to fix a problem- that did not exist until ATT created it.

I tried to log in to my Mobley account and it also asked to send a verification code. I didn't click on the send code because I don't need to see my account. I am using a ZTE Velocity and I can log into it the same way I did the Mobley. In addition I get messages on the Velocity screen that I delete every month when it renews. I trust it wouldn't receive the code.

I also have an AT&T prepaid phone. Logging into that account does NOT ask me to verify it's me. Any time I have needed assistance on my prepaid phone I have to call them from my wife's Verizon phone. If I call from my AT&T phone it senses the source and puts me into an infinite recorded message loop. NO FRIGGIN WAY TO GET A PERSON! When I call the same exact number from my wife's Verizon phone it gives me an option for a live person. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you want to try this I found an AT&T number to troubleshoot phones that aren't getting text. Call us at 800.331.0500

SOLUTION!!
Called 1-800-288-2020
got ramela
gave mobley "phone" number and passcode, explained problem of not getting code.
Was passed to digital assistance team -877-267-2859@1400
6 min wait
explained problem @1415 passed to someone else "onsite team"
Talked to Mei, gave mobley # and passcode again, explained problem.
She was able to disable something on the account - I can no longer add lines to the account
And she waited until I logged in.
SUCCESS!!!
elapsed time about an hour today.

Note - Mei advised me that it was best to log in with a "clean" browser, it would be quicker.

It's Mei Day in August!!

I never log into my AT&T Account. Mine is set up auto pay so no need to really. But I tried it and have the same issue with the Netgear LB1120. Text message never arrives.
