OK, my mistake about 2G. But 3G has been around since 2001. 4G was introduced in 2010. To extrapolate... if 3G is still supported through 2022 I'm not really worried about losing Mobley access in 2031. Mobley is a 4G device and will continue to be supported for many years. Right now the majority of cell phones being sold new are still 4G/LTE only. Only a handful of models support 5G. It would be extremely unlikely they are going to drop 4G support in the 2020's.

Do you know that Mobley supports HD voice?
Did you read my link?
Once we do, 3G devices and 4G wireless devices that don't support HD Voice will no longer work on our network.
I've got a phone purchased in March (Samsung A20) that DOESN'T support HD voice.

Does the Mobley provide or require voice service on their network? Does any hotspot support HD Voice? Are they all done?

Fine, they sky is falling and Mobley is done for. It's been a good run. Farewell.

I do not need to access the account bad enough to move the SIM. I got the Mobley in 2017, powered it with a plug in power adapter until last year when I hooked it to a small AGM battery with a maintainer to charge the battery.

When I first got the Mobley I would power it on in the morning and off at night. Now it stays powered on all the time. Went through the time out changes, but it never times out now.

SOLUTION!!
Called 1-800-288-2020
got ramela
gave mobley "phone" number and passcode, explained problem of not getting code.
Was passed to digital assistance team -877-267-2859@1400
6 min wait
explained problem @1415 passed to someone else "onsite team"
Talked to Mei, gave mobley # and passcode again, explained problem.
She was able to disable something on the account - I can no longer add lines to the account
And she waited until I logged in.
SUCCESS!!!
elapsed time about an hour today.

Note - Mei advised me that it was best to log in with a "clean" browser, it would be quicker.

Congratulations, good to know how you did it.

I do not know what a "clean" browser is?

I do not know what a "clean" browser is?

I use Chrome, Opera, Edge. The way Mei explained it to me was that browsers accumulate cookies. I first tried to log in w/ Chrome, but it was taking a long time. I could have gone and deleted cookies but my Edge browser is rarely used, and it's cookie jar almost empty.

I've since logged in with both Chrome and Edge.

Can’t log into my AT&T account because they implemented text authentication and are sending the confirmation to the mobley phone number.

Got on later using the att app on my phone. Forgot I had it. It let my phone authenticate me so they didn’t have to send a code. So got my bill paid.
So checked in my account, and I have my cell phone listed as the way to contact me, yet they are sending authentication code to mobley.
Logged into the mobley admin page, The authentication messages were not in the mobley messages.

so my Netgear Nighthawk works fine when not using it with the router, it stays connected for days. once i hook up
to the AC1900 router, the nighthawk needs a reboot a couple times a day (if i need the internet i have to reboot)
once it's rebooted it's fast, thru the router, and all seems to work fine, it just ends up needing a reboot, if i
need internet after work etc, i reboot. any thoughts? maybe i have a setting wrong on the nighthawk?
but the odd thing, is this is what the Mobley was doing, so i thought it was bad...maybe not?

My Netgear LB1120 Modem has a static IP address of 192.168.5.1 which is default and my router has a static of 192.168.0.1 which is also default and the the DHCP starts at .2. I did very little changes on my set up, basically plugged it in and did minimal config. I'm curious if you may have an IP address conflict hosing it up? The modem and the router can't have the same IP address. So my modem acts like any othe rmodem where you have a LAN port out and that is the 5.1 address and then plugged into my router WAN port which has the 0.1 address. Then the router hands out DHCP to all wired and wireless devices. I kept my modem in router mode and doesn't seem to affect anything. So basically my router is pulling 1 IP address from the modem and then doing my DHCP at the router. I'm no network genius but have some experience and I have no issues with my set up.
