It's quite obvious you are not...the points I've made are viable and it's moot trying to explain to those that don't like the truth...
I've never advocated not wearing a mask...I've advised it when in close proximity to unknowns...(go back and read slowly and you will see)
I've said they (masks) can and may be of some benefit in preventing the spread of COVID...the same as all the "experts" I've not denied it or shunned it...
BTW...The last time that I can remember that the powers that be first shot the horse and then started beating it was with the Roswell incident...first they claimed one thing then changed their minds...The only difference this time is it was easy to get money to throw at the problem of them reversing themselves...so they funded some research trying to save face...but to this day they (the mask advocates) have not proven anything other than saying they (non surgical grade) masks along with distancing etc is somewhat beneficial...there are no numbers being presented or percentages etc...it's called a "delayed knee jerk"
I play the devil's advocate mainly to get peeps to acknowledge that not everything is the way they are being told it is...it is no less of an altruistic stand than the mask police and shills...

I wonder what the percentages of those students and faculty that tested positive after returning to school were wearing masks ??

Masks are sort of like condoms... They will lull you into a safety zone that is not 100% foolproof. But... 98% of the time they work just fine.... I'd still put one on; Know what I mean???

Ya know, wearing a mask is like playing Russian Roulette. Five out of 6 times nothing happens, but that 6th time... it might kill you!

Yesterday I had to go to my cardiologist's office to have my semi annual pace maker check. There is a sign on the door that says everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing. The receptionist that signed me in put her mask on as I approached the desk. There were 3 other women working behind the large desk and they all had masks hanging off one ear or down around their necks. There were several other employees, nurses, techs, whatever that came into the area and none were wearing masks or practicing social distancing.
This office has not been seeing regular appointments but opting for phone or video meetings with the doctor for at least 6 months. I was really disappointed in their lax attitude since I am in the very high risk class as are many of the other appointments.
It brings to mind the old saying "Practice what you preach".

I remember reading about some middle eastern youths that got hold of a 45 service automatic, put in one round and played russian roulette, can I go second please.
Just like you never, ever see a health care professional smoking a cigarette.
