Curtjeep. What circuit are tying into? There is a lot of fluid dynamics goung on and i wonder if whatever system you are hooking into can take the reduced flow that will happen from two coolers. Thise coolers are id’d as the same size as your hoses?

I'm tying into the return line from the loader. The Id, according to the website is the same size, but it looks small... I haven't measured yet.

Keep all the hose bends gradual with no 90 deg. fittings. You could mount the one you have, keeping in mind in your engineering that you want to add a 2nd, and see how it works. Considering where you are using it, I would think you will need all you can get. Think about it, my fan comes on when the hyd oil temp eventually rises to 100 deg. (measured at the loader valve). Your ambient temp could be 100 deg. when you start, going up from there!

It is 100 when I start, haha...

If you need to accomplish a 90deg w a fitting, some times it's just necessary, use the more expensive swept curve (metal tubing) ones. Not the drilled/brazed ones. The sweeps are significantly less resistant to flow so they add less heat to the fluid.

Thanks, I will. This weekend is go time I think. I have a buddy bringing his old volvo for me to do some work on, I am installing new kitchen appliances, and I am hopefully putting my cooler on...
