Install drain pipes on front downspouts
Install flood lights
Moved outside phone wire around future garage area. When I ordered phone service, I told them I was planning to add future garage and showed them where to route phone line to keep it out of the way. They didn’t listen, and the line was in wrong place, barely buried, some places sticking out of ground.
The phone line is now buried under my garage slab.

Amazing how a hard wired phone line was so important back then and almost non existent today. Not that many years ago.

I was going to wire each bedroom for phone, wife didn’t want me to. Now a moot point.

Installed the 2nd story flood light.

Took off work
Vinyl sheet flooring laid by HD contractors
I cut panels for porch ceiling and painted them
Stain and poly more trim

I was going to wire each bedroom for phone, wife didn稚 want me to. Now a moot point.

The house I live in was built in 1988. They ran a coax cable into every room. Also, now a moot point, but who would have known back in 1988 what wifi and cellular technology would bring?

Yeo. I put a coax in the living room and out on top of the roof. 16 months later it's not being used....

I put coax cable through out my house build 2 years ago. I use it for over the air tv, no cable in this area. I have cheap antenna on the detached garage with a conduit underground running back to the data panel. Jon
