Lol, I think you have me beat in the tractor department, don't think my little tractor could do much for ya.
I also work in DC, luckily my hrs. usually have me driving against traffic.

MFW , nice place and remember to not move stuff into a few rooms to keep the floors open for any rework. I had a lot of boxes in my garage while I had the floors done and the carpet removed etc.
