I don't think Woodmaxx sells through dealers, guessing the OP bought the backhoe on his own?

When I see some of the work guys do with these little BHs I am surprised there are not more failures.

I hope your repair goes smoothly. I would not trust a weld up job and I would never use that BH again unless I was sure I broke it doing something I should not have done.

Maybe what you are seeing is sub frame mounted hoes....Massey Ferguson make 4 model of SCUT, the 1705 and 1715 do not come with BH, the 1710 and the 1720 DO come with sub frame mounted BH... Its really not the size (different issue of "work" capable ), but how tractor is manufactured where it may be capable of BH or not...

I was shopping for a 3ph backhoe for our fairly stout JD6200 until the dealer warned me of someone ripping the impressive third point casting off such a tractor. That ended that idea right there.

I think thats one of down falls for Kubota, the top link is on the trans housing as appose to others that are on the top 3point lift hosing, which means this is a more costly repair. I thought Kubota did away with that 15 years ago and went with sub frame.

It’s not a Kubota hoe if you didn’t notice.

All Kubota backhoes are with factory subframe and 4 point mounting that don't use any of the 3 point hitch structure.

Time to look for used parts, someplace there is a blown engine or burned chassis that has been totaled, buy and start swapping, other wise Kubota parts are outrageous, another reason to have Ktac insurance.

I've had a Kubota 3-point backhoe since 2007. Primary use is taking out orchard stumps including prying on the stump. The manual for this K-650 backhoe (4/79, published by Kubota) shows it on a Kubota L225 (20 pto hp) so it is a good match for my YM240. (American Yanmar 1980, 20 pto hp.)

Soon after I bought it, it caused a trivial repair, slightly bending a 3-point arm trying to drag the tractor sideways to re-position. BFH over an anvil straightened that.

And the BH did cause one major repair that wouldn't have happened if this tractor had been better maintained by prior owners: When I bought the Yanmar well-used in 2003 I noticed a 3-point lower hinge pin was sloppy loose where it went into the axle housing. I reset it with red (permanent) Locktite and forgot about it. 15 years later that hinge pin worked loose, I didn't notice, and the BH ripped the pin out of the axle housing. $500 repair. My thread describing this.
