Kubota BX2380
I recently purchased a Kubota BX2380 and then purchased a quick hitch to use with it. When I went to hook up to my King Kutter tiller the quick hitch was too wide and too tall. It would work with my blade and some other implements but I needed it to work with my tiller also. My question is, has anyone made a quick hitch that is adjustable both in height and width. I think that would make it more versitile.

Just my opinion. If you have to adjust a quick hitch to hook up, it's not really a quick hitch. What you have to do is modify your implements to fit your QH.

Very true but even if I needed to adjust it it would still be easier than trying to get the three point arms lined up. Right now I have the type of hitch that goes on the ends of the 3 point arms. They don’t work as well but a little improvement.

Priefert used to sell one adjustable between Cat 1 and 2.

But it sounds like you have a Cat 0 tiller sized for some subcompacts or garden tractors that didn't have Cat 1 or Cat 1 limited hitches.

Measure your lift arm spread and post a photo of the tiller. There may be an easy conversion.

I guess you learn something every day if you’re not careful. I thought my tractor had a cat. 1 hitch but it must be a cat 0. I still wish I had a quick hitch that I could use but it seems that’s not possible. Thanks for your info and thoughts on the matter I appreciate your help.

The BX has a limited Cat 1 hitch. It matches Cat 1 dimensions but doesn't have the full range of motion as a Cat 1 on a larger tractor.

Implements made for limited Cat one hitches usually differ by having Cat 1 pins about 3-4 inches lower than standard when the implement is horizontal.

I have both type implements. A regular cat 1 implement needs the lift arms raised about halfway to meet a level implement sitting on the ground. This limits the amount left to lift the implement. Lower pins on the limited cat 1 implements solve the problem.

Here is "standard" specification for quick hitch, just make non stand implement fit to the standard.... You only have to do it once (per implement) ...

I went with the Pat’s system. It works better for my situation than the quick hitch that I tried. It’s not as easy to hook up but at least it works and I don’t have to alter my implements. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.
