I don't have any experience with modern tractors over 75HP, but I did take delivery of a new 75A Case back early this year. To date it has 107 hours on it- most of which have been using either a 8' rotary cutter, or a 5' hydraulic driven ditch bank mower, along with some loader work and a little box blade work. From what I've seen, controls, layout, and styling of the 75A is similar to the larger Case tractors. Case has several different models in the 90-110HP range, and I don't know much about the differences between them.
Short synopsis of my experience with my 75A is it's been a great tractor so far. I had a "low fuel" warning that would randomly appear early on, even when the fuel wasn't low, but it's not shown back up in about 30 hours. Other than that, I've had no issues. It's comfortable, easy to use, has more than enough power and weight for what I do. I have used forks on it a few times and visibility is not great due to the height of the hood, but I think this will only get worse as tractors get larger.
Best thing about the 75A has been the features. But a real close 2nd best thing is the price. Mine was $42K and has cab, power shuttle, loader, rear weights, air ride seat, and a few other little options.
