You obviously didn't read the very studies you are talking about, as IQ was a very small portion of the "Theory." They had all sorts of hypothesis, but nothing to support what they (and you) claim.

What about basic literacy and math skills declining steadily? Look at all the skills people don't require any longer in a short century or so. What problem solving does tha average person do anymore?

I watched the first episode and found it painfully slow moving and the basic story line predictably tired...It seemed like there was a whole lot of unneeded dialog and not near enough action...
Was hoping for something much better after reading the names associated with the production etc...The great sets and wardrobes were not enough to keep me watching...
give me more 'Fargo' ...!
