You might be showing off the tool box but I am certainly digging the police box (Tardis). What Doctor, Who come up with that paint scheme?
Love it anyway.

Ha thanks, my wife’s handy work. I think it was when David Tennant or Amy Pond was in the series. That’s our door into the house from the garage. It has duel meaning, we like the show and I’m a popo in real life.

Definitely like the door - adds some fun to the room.
Let us know how you like the toolbox. I have mine mounted low and flexible on spacers. Came in handy when box went up against a small tree while out in the woods. Box moved, I moved it back, all good.
So far haven't knocked into the side lights and my home made fan shield is working fine.

Just started here, can't make their mind up as to 9" or 23"
plow is ready, but that snow blower looks very nice.

Hello MoMower. I see you have 2 link chains on your tractor. How well do they work for you on the R4's? I need chains but I don't know if I need to go to the expense of box or H pattern chains.

I started with 4 links and upgraded to these a few years ago. I live on a road called Up Hill Rd. It is about a mile of private, paved road.

Behind my property the road goes up hill (lol) at about a 35-40 degree angle. Never had an issue, the 2 link are better then the 4.

I clear about 1.5 miles of paved drive, including the hill

Looking at your chains, it seems that they are not hooked and latched correctly.
The silver hook thing sticking out from the tire is intended to go thru one of the side links, (the shortest link you can grab) than rotated 180* back on itself, like a load binder, until you can hook it back on itself.
Forgive me if you know this and just have not got that far yet.
PS. Looking closer, it looks like you may have had it hooked correctly and it just came unhooked recently.

Thank you, someone actually pointed it out in the snow weapons thread, lol. I will fix it before the festivities begin.

The 1720 did fine in 7 or so inches of wet slippery snow. Got a bit squirrelly when going across the driveway at a slight down hill bit. Had it in 4WD the whole time.
Didn't need chains, but would be nice. Plow can only push so much snow, but pretty happy, still took a while to do the 700 feet or so.
