Insight on buying a mini excavator vs renting

Type wise the cx 36 uses a axial piston pump that puts out two separate flows of 10gpm each, then piggybacked to that a gear pump that puts out about 5gpm that supplies your swing motor and blade. Pretty sure that gear pump also adds supplemental supply to your boom and arm cylinders, it's known to be a good system. As far as OEM manufactures of the pumps they all seem to keep that somewhat of a secret but I think that 36 may use a Bosch/rexroth. Whatever brand of pump used as long as the hyd oil is kept clean, not allowed to overheat and run at a reasonable speed they should go for many hours.

I haven't had the best luck with MB....they don't seem interested in responding back to me. I reached out to them about that U25 posted a little ways back and have yet to get a response. Called and emailed.
