It was stupid warm up here today as well. 58 degrees, and fog coming off the melting snow. Ice fishing is over. Waiting for open water to go boat fishing.

I would rate that “fact check” only partially true. (Slightly true is more accurate).

I tell you some people are very gullible. Labe something a “fact check” and a lot of people swallow it hook line and sinker.

Because if they throttled up the power plants for maximum output, they'd exceed EPA limits on emissions. So they asked for permission to exceed those limits in an emergency, and it was granted.
