A percolator is something which makes hot coffee. I thought a pod was something which a pea came in.What is a percolator?
I ask my son to make coffee and he says “sure Dad. I’ll put the Pod in the machine for you”.
He wouldn’t know a percolator from a carburetor.

Actually, the average pea pod has 5-6 peas inside.
My grandma used a percolator. My mom used a Mr. Coffee and we use the Keurig.
If my wife isn’t watching, I use the French Press.

I have never had any social media presence unless TNB counts as social media.This website is about the extent of my “social media”.
I really feel sorry for those who blather on FB or Twitter. I also supported the previous administration with a few Twitter “likes”, but never expressed anything other than that. My checkbook, may have, though.
Not really worried since I have been self employed for over 30 years, but I don’t need angry mobs showing up at my house or to lose my job because I support someone.
I can't stand cold coffee, which is why I went to the percolator.
I've never used a French press or a Keurig... I guess they work well but it seems counter intuitive to pour boiling water over coffee. and would have to get cups for the latter to put my Folgers in.
It's pretty hard to use any of the above three when tent camping by a stream...

I agree - cold coffee is horrible.
My son and his friends are always walking around with some ice coffee thing and I am thinking - what’s that all about.
Then I go outside and tell the kids to get off the grass!
I may be set in my ways a tad.
