Are Harbor Freight discount coupons gone for good?

I have also wondered about the HP coupons. That is what brought me in the store, (and the free bees). I haven't been in there in months. Ebay is the best deal going.

I cannot understand why businesses want to upset customers who are ready to PAY by making them wait in line. People want to give you their money - yet the business says “hold on, wait for 15 minutes cause we only have one cashier”.

I've always said the hardest part about shopping, all shopping, is the wait in line. Takes 5 minutes to get my item, 15 to check out. At the grocery store it's that mandatory chit chat, both genders.

And while i'm ranting...... HF is the worst when it comes to upselling at check out. Seems they ask you 4-5 questions every time.

Maybe they changed their ways, but HF used to have their cashiers answering calls. That was frustrating while I took the time to drive there and try to buy something, meanwhile a random call gets priority and I have to wait while the cashier answers questions.

I don't understand why more retailers don't understand how much that whizzes off customers that are already in the store buying something. Once at an auto parts store while I was checking out, the clerk took that extended call that involved him going to check on an item. I just left and went elsewhere. Now, I just mail order.

We've got a serious hardware store here and if all the staff is busy, they just let the phone ring. Amazing how many times it rings sometimes until the caller gives up. Any if that weren't enough, there's an auto shop store here with the same surname, but not related to, the hardware's name. He said sometimes his phone rings and the caller wants to know why the hardware store isn't answering their phone. How would you like to extract yourself from a repair for that...
