I'd say that "plant-based" is probably likely to mean that the majority or major ingredients come from plants.

At least when dealing with reputable marketers or firms.

That is why it is so important to read the ingredients and NOT the marketing labeling on the box.

A day of progress.
In town errands went well
Successfully hung remaining sheetrock, except the 2 pieces for the shower walls (dry side).
A bit surprised I have 9 full sheets left. I usually do better, but maybe I over estimated and wasted less. Regardless, while I could return to Lowes for a full refund, I decided to post on CL thinking someone may appreciate an almost 30% discount. If not I’ll return to Lowes for full discount and probably go to Costco to justify the trans cost.

Or read "Kosher" ... and then think that the product is necessarily "Non-GMO".

Today gets me one year closer to the century mark. Just 21 more years to go. Today will be attending a birthday party for 2 RV friends. They are celebrating 80 and 70 years old.

Summer is here . . . unfortunately. The electric bill goes up with the A/C running constantly in the house, gasoline consumption goes up with the A/C running constantly in the car, the water bill goes up with more showers (bathes) and more laundry and maybe even watering the yard. An excessive amount of rain in the last month or so has made mowing a bigger job. In spite of the yard being too wet, I mowed on June 3, 9, 14 & 18 with the bagger on the mower. I started later in the mornings than I would have preferred, waiting for the sun to evaporate some of the dew, and that sun almost evaporated ME.

And now I hope to not use the bagger AND to mow before daylight for the next 3 or 4 months. Love the quietness of the EGo mower AND love the headlights.

Chores: Dump run and a haircut. Lawn doesn't need mowing, so I'll probably pass on that today. So, get back on that flail mower belt installation, I reckon...been a rough last few days...long, tiring days...so I may well just kick back today

Yup...I researched the EGO zero turn mowers (my lawn is way too much for a walk behind mower). Like you, I like how quiet all their tools are. But, my lawn acreage is right at the extent of the batteries' charge life, and I'd really rather not have to tow the unit by to the house if the batteries discharged a distance from the house

Don, as soon as you posted that I thought egg whites aren't plant based, so yes I get it.
But still, this seems a lot healthier eating with lower fat grams than the regular stuff.
I find it hard to get protein to eat at breakfast while still eating something really healthy.

having lunch with MIL today, need to stop and pick up an indoor plant for her.

76-88 today. Cruise in tonight, I’m not going to stay long if it’s too hot and Ellen was making noises about taking me to dinner for an early Fathers Day dinner. Not sure yet.
My middle grandson is visiting today so that’s always a good time. We talk baseball and world events, at nine he’s sharper than a lot of adults about the world around him.
Thankfully none of my three grandsons have been indoctrinated by the current public school system. They’ve been fortunate to be able to attend private school. Money well spent.
Gallbladder is acting up a bit, might have to attend to that one of these days.

We got .3 or .5 inches of rain overnight with the Tempest being the higher reading. Lightning must have hit near by, house shook,around 2am and woke me up.

Yesterday was wonderful day with low humidity. Got speaker ready to test when I got back from my trip. Today will be mowing day after it dries up from last nights rain.

My understanding of grease is that Lithium is one of many choices that can be used as the emulsifier or “soap” that turns the base oil into grease. The emulsifier doesn’t contribute greatly to the lubricating qualities, but more to the physical properties like water resistance or heat tolerance, and of course there is a trade off for each. So if you use a high temp grease where you don’t need it, you might be giving up some other parameter.
