In the USA is if you have a social security number you have no privacy financially speaking.
What about the millions in Texas who don't have a SS number, who just kind of walked over here?

I don't pay child support so that does not help.
Where one pays or does not pay child support has no bearing on the fine setting question.

Why don't you just start a thread on that subject. :)

Mission Valley's John Hine Mazda closing its doors after 64 years in San Diego

Technology is not only changing the cars we buy but also HOW we buy them. Sounds like Carvana is making a huge impact as traditional car dealerships fade away since pure EV makers tend not to outsource sales to third parties.
Carvana only sells used cars. They don't sell new cars. They are not a car company. They don't make cars. They don't make EVs. They don't do car repairs or warranty service. They are a used car lot. That's it.

According to John Hine:

"Hine said a combination of factors, rather than one or two reasons, led to the decision to sell the 1545 Camino del Rio South location, including the prospect of “having to do a major facility upgrade” to the dealership that would cost several million dollars. Sometimes real estate property values get to a point where the business model won’t support the carrying cost of a property long term and what you have to do with that property,” said the 66-year-old Hine, who has worked 50 years at the dealership founded by his father, John Hine Sr."

Very interesting given their plentiful supply of fossil fuels. Maybe even Russia is tired of the pollution?
That's funny! :ROFLMAO:

Russia's entire country is based on a large scale scam. They do whatever they want, whenever they want, to whomever they want, any time they want. Since we all know that is the case in Russia, we can pretty easily make the guess that electric cars in Russia are going to be a big scam. Large scale grift on the industrial scale.

Crazy but I was watching this video last night. Ironically they have TERRIBLE air pollution. They leave their cars running continuously in the winter (parked, abandoned while they sleep) because if they don't the oil will freeze. Who would have though the coldest city in Russia would have bad air pollution.

Carvana Claims They Offer a New Way to Buy a Car… Hmmm… – DealerRefresh

Used car dealers with a Walmart like buy back offer is a new one on me. They must be making money if they could buy dealerships that could not make a go of it at that location cost wise. I'm glad the family found an exit in the changing auto market where dealership headcount needs to be drastically reduced in the USA.

How do we think those EV batteries will hold up at -58F? :ROFLMAO:

Here's a nice story about a guy that took his Tesla from New York to Vermont in winter. He admits, he made some mistakes. ;)

WOW that was awesome info. That would be a hard place to make a living farming. There was a film about a coal
mining company that used small Ford tractors I believe and they went years without shutting down. I think they actually had a way to change the oil with them running.
