Giant Hornets, aka European Hornets

Last night as we took the dogs out the hornets were buzzing around the door and ceiling lights. Tonite I'm setting the shop vac up with a light by the end of the nozzle.

And then the wife says, "So once you have a shop vac full of mad hornets, what do you do with them?"

That's when you spray the Wasp and Hornet Killer Spray into the nozzle!

I spray Raid into the opening and let the vac suck that in, works for me too.

Here is a problem bee elimination setup some time ago.

Works great, just leave the vacuum running when they are active - it gets them coming or going.

The next step is closing the gaps!

PS. I think the tube is old style 2.5" diameter small sheet metal downspout.
