YanMar YM2310D
Just purchased a 2310D and have been pleasantly surprised with the power of this machine! Has a Bush Hog 1846 QT loader and I have run a 5' rotary Bush Hog with no issues. I'm near Harrisonburg, VA and would love to find a YanMar tiller to complete the package. Anyone have one close enough to go grab with a trailer?

Ha, it's a loooong drive to either CA or AZ to get a tiller. At one time WA had a bunch.

Seems there are many new owners of the YM2310/YM2310D machines recently. It's similar to my YM2610 to a degree.

BTW, are you looking for a manual or two?
Look at the Yanmar Model Cover thread, scroll till you find the YM2310 and then at the bottom snag the PDF file.

Welcome from another 2310D rookie owner.

We get a lot of the Yanmar tillers showing up on FB Marketplace around here usually in the 1K range, there's a guy in Grants Pass that regularly has them on FB.

Welcome aboard! :)

One thing to watch for if you find a Yanmar (Japan) original tiller, it needs the original special hinged top link so it doesn't raise the tiller into the tires. Insist that the seller provide this, and the pto driveline.

What you want is the small structure that bolts to the tractor's top link bracket and extends to the rear, then a very short ordinary adjustable top link. This geometry raises the tiller straight up instead of in an arc.

A common US tiller doesn't need this, but will be more expensive.

You're going to love your Yanmar. We need photos!

Wow! We need a link to him. I didn't know there were any for sale on the west coast.
