Wanting to put on a hydro side link. I already have the top link. What brand/model fits, any suggestions. For those of you who have put one on, what did you install?

Looks like the attached is for the hydro top link, I already have that installed. I am asking about the side link that would allow tilt.

Just shipped one out yesterday. I seriously doubt that you will find an off the shelf unit that fits right.

I don't think that you can get a 5" stroke cylinder off the shelf, so you will need to make some compromises with either a 4" or 6" stroke cylinder if you are going to build one yourself. Any of these will provide an equal amount of tilt angle to both sides if built properly.

I think that I would forgo the top pin location in the clevis and use a 6" stroke cylinder.
I use 2 1/2" dia cylinders with a 1 1/2" dia rods for these tractors.
You need a narrow cat 1 top link ball swivel and build the clevis accordingly.

Or you could simply order one from me, just be ready to wait. :)

FitRite Hydraulics is the best if you can wait for them to make it. Get it with a double pilot check value, if not, you will have issues with keeping things level because of creep.
