A bit off topic, but your description reminds me of an old fellow I knew long ago who made his fortune selling swampland around Orlando in the 1950's and '60's. He would tow his fishing boat around behind his Rolls Royce but had trouble backing it down the ramp. His solution was to have a hitch intalled by the front license plate. He couldn't go anywhere without a dozen questions about that hitch on his Rolls! This handy attach point still clears the front end loader (gotta watch that) and is incredibly agile/maneuverable/friendly for moving trailers around. Plug your hitch ball insert into that. SO MUCH better than any kind of rear hitch point because you can see what you are doing and far more maneuverable than any rear hitch.
