that ground up in the mountains moves around during the freezing and thawing and if he
doesn't install better foundations under those rv supports, I can see those concrete blocks falling over and that would likely
truly wreck the rv.
or...
well I guess I won't be driving it out of here :sneaky:

He'd better get a much bigger gen too.

An RV doesn’t need much electric power aside from running the air conditioning which he won’t be needing. That’s plenty of generator for the job.

agreed, if he uses only propane for heat. That runs out pretty quickly though I'm sure
Andrew can haul a 1000 gal tank up there with an earthmover for the next episode.

He doesn’t seem to mind the cold. A 1500 watt space heater would probably be plenty. I mean who in their right mind builds an unheated shop in upstate New York when the budget is of no concern?

Sounds like jealousy to me.
I don’t tear up my equipment, and certainly don’t respect those that do.

I don’t baby it either, though.

I mostly stay away from used equipment because there are so many hacks Lin Andrew out there.

I mostly quit watching his videos, but was a little preoccupied the other night and this one popped up while I was focusing on something else. Thought I would give him another chance. Big mistake.

I quit after the chainsaw assisted radio installation incident.

The radio deal was clearly a ploy for views.

Probably, but it hurt to watch.

I don’t do demolition derbies, either.

If I could make six figures doing videos, you can bet I'd be doing it.

You totally can! Just need to do semi-crazy **** almost every day, film every second of it, have a couple people to also film from various angles, get good at flying a drone for the aerial video shots, and then stay up late every night editing your daily masterpiece.

I remember when Andrew used to make simple videos about constructing gravel driveways. And when whistlin diesel just did burnouts on banana peels in his stock Duramax. Then the youtube money starts flowing and things get weird.

I do find a lot of the keyboard warriors funny. It's real easy to sit and bash a guy for how he does things, but few have the work ethic this man does. His work sites are left spotless, he doesn't leave trash anywhere, he actually cares about the final product not just the pay or the views, etc. If you ever see videos of him working on his excavation equipment, you will see he takes utmost care and the repairs last. When it comes to his work truck, he's less careful because it just needs to go from point a to point b, period. He never hacked at his daily Mitsu or either of his dump trucks.

You don't like how he does things, watch, or don't watch, he doesn't care. He's got over a million subscribers and never asked for a single one. I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything. If it's not helpful nor constructive then it's useless.

I guess if working that hard while shooting videos that seem to attract fans as well as keyboard cowboys was easy, everyone would do it.
I also live in New York and do all the repairs on my equipment outside. Yes, not even in a shop, so the fact the man doesn't heat his shop makes sense to me, he's out of the wind and weather, that's the important part.

Loaderman, I hear you, but I also think he's pretty hard on his equipment. He ripped the front off his Dodge unnecessarily and
just smashed in the front of his nice dump truck because he didn't follow safety procedures. He works on steep slopes all the time
and should know better. Some folks use jackstands and others don't. All good until someone gets hurt.

I think he's pretty good with the winch on the back of his dozer. I know nothing about dozers but are those treads pretty worn?

My nephew bought a big property outside of Woodstock, not far from this guy, and I told him to check out Camarata for landscaping work.

watching his dog chomp on the thin ice was fun.
