My 5045D tractor keeps blowing the ignition fuse. I disconnected the water pump sensor and replaced the fuse. But it does it again
Look under the inj pump for 2 wires.. follow them up to a connector that u can disconnect.. Disconnect it..
The actual problem is the temp sensor that screws into the thermostat neck.. it’s bad..
If u live in temperate climate just unplug it.. if u live where it gets cold and u use the machine in the winter, replace the sensor..
Yes sir I’m familiar with a multi-meterYou will be much better off learning to troubleshoot rather than attempting to find someone who experienced same problem with same solution when there's a problem. If you are interested,have determination,time and a multi-meter,tell us whether or not you are familar with using a multi-meter and we can get underway.
That give's you a huge headstart on the majority. Inspect fuses to make certain one hasn't been bypassed with foil or such nor has a larger than speced fuse in place. With exception of glow plug circuit,pull all fuses. Set meter to amps connected in series on wire feeding the problem fuse. Starting tractor shouldn't be neccessary. Observe glow plug draw and compare to spec. If unreasonablly higher amp draw,disconnect plugs one at a time to see if a single plug is pulling excess amps. Make certain glow plug relay turn's them off within prescribed time. If all is well with glow plug circuit,amps should be 0 or only mA after relay turn's plugs off and we will pick it up from here to check other circuits.Yes sir I’m familiar with a multi-meter

There is a relay under the fusible link I can’t find out what it is for.I can’t find out which one is the glow plug circuit
