Estimated resell value of a '14 MX4700?

My neighbor asked me what his '14 MX4700 2WD(400 hrs)with standard trans,LA844 FEL with bucket,LandPride RCF 2072 that he purchased new was worth? Anyone have any idea of value?

Looks like tractor with low hours and loader maybe $15k?

Wrong tractor. Thats an M4700.

The 2wd is the biggest thing that devalues that tractor.

I'd say maybe $15k-$18k with the cutter but you didnt mention if gear or HST

If it was 4wd I'd say well north of $20 and pushing $25k.

Thanks for replies. My neighbor is aware lack of MFWD & having standard gear trans will lower resale value.

I'd go on Tractor House and see what comparable units are selling for to get a good idea.
