In your case I'd seriously consider jumping the chain of command and try to talk to Polaris directly. to me anyway it's not ok they can't seem to troubleshoot and repair it. Besides pods/ tracks, have you modded it in any other way? Good luck.

Here is some snow pics taken over the weekend. This is BC skiing along the pilgrim river and we started in town. On Saturday night we got freezing rain which is kind'a rare here and snow after that. Back-country skiing was as good as it can get.

These branches are pulled down by the ice.

We skied over this "bridge" then told Wally to get back onto it so I could take its photo. Not the river...

The same fallen tree 2 pics back but we are now on our way back. Wally was not at all happy about being told to go out there.

Snow pics taken while grooming and clearing the parking lot today. Machine ran OK but missed just a bit after it was good and warm but not enough to make me sweat..

Snow depth so far in the UP. Note that Calumet, Dollar bay and Houghton county numbers are waat would apply to us here in the city of Houghton area.
