Credit is part of the business world and drives sales and flooring cost is part of that.Not until we change the culture back to what credit cards are. "Slave to the Lender" and all that. Cars/Homes/Land I get it. ( paid cash for the hunny over there <======) Last thing on my book is the property, setting up 529s for the curtain climbers has put that on hold.![]()
Unless to pay for something up front even being billed is credit as in paying your utility bill after use.
Remember starting my property management business at age 22 and the old local big ACE Hardware extended me a line of credit which helped immensely... it also meant I was buying mostly from them...
Credit is a tool that can be used wisely or abused...
I promised my Grandmother I would never carry a balance into the next month and never have except on a mortgage...
Her attitude from the Depression is without CASH in hand she could not afford it... every market day started at the bank... now many seldom if ever set foot in a bank...
