Oh, I forgot that quick....
Don, the tractor in the video looks to be a shuttle shift. There is only a brief second when you can see the shift lever to the left of the steering wheel.

Best wishes for good results toppop and buppies.
My wife got the results today from wearing the heart monitor harness. Not real happy. She has arrhythmia which has led to tachycardia and needs some serious follow up with a cardiologist very soon.
Even when she thought she was feeling ok the monitor showed differently. Just hope she slows down a bit now she is aware.
Sounds like she'll end up with a pacemaker...
I had an arrhythmia since 2009...on my second pacemaker

67°F and .73 inches rain

Off to hospital shortly for my cataract surgery. Randy is probably out of recovery and into healing already.

Nothing else planned for the day, recovery and energy conservation.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

That's what I was thinking.

Alien hope the cardiologist has an easy fix. Tell her not to look at as she failed a test but that the problem was found.
Randy and Buppies continue to heal and good luck with the new procedures.

My application is in for their Fall busy season and I was looking at their tractors on YouTube.
I Might have to do some reconnaissance so I can quickly locate all controls. Any idea if the New Holland shown is standard shift or shuttle shift?

49˚F, North wind, clear skies, heading to the 70s
I couldn't tell on the NH but I believe it to be a mechanical shuttle shift, likely a three range four speed transmission.
The one you want is that red Magnum full 18 speed power shift with two or four reverse gears.
Supposedly you don't need to use the clutch at all if you don't want to.
We do use it, reach up grab the shifter pull it out of park and select a desired gear (between 1st and 12th, we stop at 12th to be easier on the clutch, release the clutch and go if you want a higher gear just push the shift lever up to it, it doesn't care if it's one gear or 3-4 it will shift right up and go, the same if the present gear is to high just start pulling the shifter down gears till you get the one you want.
In my mind they are one of the nicest tractors to run and work, when you realize that series started in 1987 and they are still a highly desirably tractor today with the 8.3 Cummins and full power shift transmission.

Happy outcomes for all today, David, Randy and more.
over two inches of rain, the ducks are back, small lake out back getting perilously close to the berry bushes.
I'm very glad I had more topsoil brought in after the sod had been stripped so we built the planting area up a little and it
has paid off in these infrequent floods.

I have two small weeping willow trees coming in, and where I wanted to plant them is now underwater.

Good evening already here

Y-day was that one day of the year when at to morning you have -5 and snowstorm, blizzard
And afternoon is +5. Sun is shining and you know that backbone of winter is broken.

Have made a 2 hour road trip to visit one customer. As challenging was driving in the morning as pleasant was my way back

I hope you will get that feeling from this pic ;)

Hmmm....on the cataract surgery, 1 percent suffer retinal detachment sometime after surgery. So watch out for that.

I was part of that one percent. Was blind for four weeks following the retinal surgery. They used gas for reinflation of the eye. If there ever was another bad time in my life, that was it.

Be aware of floaters, shadows and flashing lights.

Good luck.
