I have a 1710 also what would it cost me for you to make another valve adapter?

I currently sell the kit for $350 shipped. That includes the adapters, hardware, and gaskets. That doesn't include the valve or the quick connect fittings, but I can add them if you don't want to buy on your own. If you want to discuss more, send me a PM.

Paul, I'm working on designing an adapter for the 1720. The 1710 one won't fit the 1720. I don't have an ETA on the adapter yet though so you might have to keep bugging me to get working on it :)

Here's a quick look at the rear valve I added to my 1710. New Holland parts shows that the remote kit for this model is no longer available so I had to come up with a custom solution. I see a few places sell an adapter plate to tap into the three point lift hydraulics, but it's only an in/out port adapter. I really wanted a mounted valve to eliminate some hoses. The first picture on the left shows the stock port cover and the second shows the new valve setup. The valve setup is made up of two adapters and a Prince SVW sectional valve. I recently purchased a CNC machining center, so I was able to machine the adapters myself.

I only have the 1710 one available, but still working on the 1720 one. What year is your 1720?

Does the 1710 kit fit a 1700?

Here's what the "cover plate" looks like on my 1700. It looks like this is not just a cover plate, but an adapter that has either a supply or return fitting?

How is the design etc. coming for the 1720 rear remote adapter plate?
Have been investigating rear remotes for my ford 1720 and new holland 1920. Talked to a tractor dismantler in Penn who has several ford 1720s 1920s 2120s etc. They said the OEM valves for all 3 models were the same except that the handles for the 2120 were somewhat different. They had seen one 2120 that had 2 remote valves. Very few of these models were built with the optional rear remotes. My Ford 1720 is a 1988 model and the NH 1920 is a 1998 model, the cover plates look to be identical on both tractors. Some valve manufacturer likely made the OEM valves for ford & new holland and may also have been made under another brand name & p/n. Your design would likely also work on the 1520 model.
Thanks for your info and work on a 1720 adapter as I am interested.

Had a thought that if one had physical access to a TISCO HV4945 adapter plate, then could get some dimensions etc. from it and perhaps visualize a design to accommodate the Prince SVW sectional valves. It may be hard to justify the approx $100 cost for a HV4945 plate. Probably would be wise to get the dimensions also from a tractor in case the HV4945 fluid holes don't exactly match the tractor fluid holes.

Sorry for the delay (recent job change so have been super busy) but I've finally finished designing the 1720 remote valve adapter and machined the first prototype set. I still need to work out the valve handle since it needs to sneak through the 1720 sheet metal into the operator area. The outlet ports on the valve point down so need to figure out some fittings there.

The last picture shows two valves mounted. That is the cool part of the sectional valves that you can keep adding to the stack until out of space.

Looks good. Appears there would only be about 3 inches of clearance below your plate to the top of the brake housing on both my 1720 and 1920. Here are two files of an exploded dwg of the OEM valve showing the fittings, etc. and a parts listing. Maybe you already have this info.

You're correct on the clearance being only a few inches. I'm guessing that's why the OEM valve is using banjo style fittings rather than 90° ones. I did snap a picture of the 1720 by me that has the remove valve.

Hi Ed,
I would like to purchase the whole kit and quick connects to attach a JD 47 backhoe that I converted to a 3pt hitch for my 1710. Can you assist please?

Yep, go ahead and send me a PM. I don't think you actually need the remote valve kit, just the power beyond adapter. I have a few of those machined and ready to go as well.
