Been working on it (on & off) for a year now. I know you didn't mean it or type it, but I read the part of your post that said "when you get it done" in all caps and bold! 😆.
I'm gettin close.

I got the blocks delivered April 7 a year ago.

It's my cheap foundation. It made it through this past winter just fine. 👍

Even those blocks would cost you a bit more now. I'll probably be getting a few later on this year, it will be interesting to see how much they will be. I had a septic put in last fall... he told me a couple of months ago that it would have been about 30% more if I'd waited.

I ordered my Timbery M100 with a 9hp gas engine last May. I picked it up in Sept assembled. Cut some white pine logs that were cut at least a year before. Picture is one of the first ones cut up. Had about 1300 bft dried and used some this winter for cabinet work and base boards in the house. Have some red and white pine that is 20"+ diameter to cut up when frost is out of ground. That picture will follow later. Jon

Saw a little, nail a little.

This back side will have a 16' leanto off that 3x8 ledger that the siding stops at. Then I will finish the gable siding from the roof.

I hope so. Haven't got the mll out from winter storage yet. Need to go out and cut up ash down falls for firewood first. Then saw mill time. The above pine, some oak and some cedar. Somewhere in there is some maple for someone that he cut down last fall. Will be busy. Still learning. Jon
