The drive belt on my brand new Z-Force SX is rubbing on this bracket. It looks like the bracket also keeps the pto clutch from rotating freely so I don't think I can just take it off. I can take it to the dealer under warranty but that's going to put it out of service for a while. Any ideas before I start taking things apart?

Got it fixed. Took it off and used a 4 pound attitude adjuster around a fence post to open up the bend.

Yep, no more rubbing, but now it's got a big crack going on, will soon be completely broken.

There is no crack, you’re seeing a fiber stuck to the metal.
