I respect the fact that minimalism and functionality are taken as a basis in designing a Scandinavian-style facade.

In addition to wood, bricks and various concrete elements are used for construction; I really like this combination with wood. The preference is given to natural colors: beige, brown, gray-green, and earthy black. After construction, the walls are lined with wooden battens, panels, or facade boards. Use any stylized wood materials. If you have not yet proceeded to the interior, perhaps you will like these ideas for staging for homes.

Been busy getting the roof ready this house has roof system new to me it has two layers of building membrane under a steel roof first layer is an expensive beatherable membrane directly on top of the rafters/roof truss's then a 20mm thick cavity batton then purlins conventional building membrane and the the steel

I think that what's called (here), a "cold roof". The thinking is that the air space separation reduces the house "lost heat" from transferring to the roof causing ice dams, and does basically the reverse in the summer heat hopefully keeping the house cooler also. I know that the heat is also hard on any underlayments and to some extent, the wood itself.
Looks great and you must be looking forward to moving day. 👍

Seems like it's going quickly. On the roof, do you have an R rating for the open are where it looks like 2x6's rafters?

Ice is not a problem here we do get the occasional frost here but never any ice or snow I think the extra membrane under the roof is more about if the roof leaks there is a layer of protection to stop the roof framing getting damaged or going rotten. A few years ago after they had relaxed some of the building code to make housing more affordable New Zealand had a "leaky house crisis ". Lots new houses leaking and growing toxic mold so they changed the code again. Lots of belts & braces attitude to everything and cavity battons behind cladding so any leak can drain away and have ventilation to dry out internal wall spaces
